All orders are custom-made and begin processing immediately after payment. By purchasing, you acknowledge the following:

• Custom orders require special materials and cannot be canceled after 15 minutes of placing the order.

• Refunds and returns are not available due to the unique, handmade nature of our products.

• Delivery responsibility depends on the chosen shipping method (see “Shipping Policy” for more details).
